Thanksgiving + Family Reunion

Thanksgiving was SO much fun!!! We had an absolute blast! Here are some pictures from the weekend. It was so great to see everyone!

Jumpin' Jacks

Ellie and I went to Jumpin' Jacks the other day because Nathan had another surgery so Steph told me to get her out of the house. We had a BLAST! Here are a few pictures from our journey. :)

I do not like.....

Okay now people, dont get mad at me. This is my blog and therefore I can say whatever I want. Now, having said this, I would like to express my deepest disappointment in the movie Twilight. I thought it was absolutely terrible. I went to the midnight movie on Thursday, and I seriously wanted to slit my wrists and do push ups in salt water. That's how much I did NOT enjoy this movie. They left very important scenes out, didnt follow the book, it was super cheesy, Edward was like...ew creepy stalker psycho, and he's ugly, I did not picture the Cullens like that, and the acting totally sucked. It was like an independant film.
Anyway I think I was the only girl in that whole theater (and there were many girls) who did not like the show. BUT I also think Im one of the few girls in the world who doesnt like chocolate either. So oh well. I just really really hated that movie. It totally ruined the books.
But....we took some fun picutres! AND Denisha made me an ADORABLE bandana. Basically she's amazing. hehe. :)

Oh the Head

Holy smokes, I have been having THE WORST headaches lately. Its ridiculous. I get migraines all the time, but I've had a CONSTANT one for at least the past 5 days, and two days ago it just started becoming unbearable. I dont even know why. And I have a very high headache tolerance, so the fact that I want to curl up in a ball right now and just cry....that's saying something. Anyway, I havent blogged on this page for a while, so I just thought I'd catch up really fast.
Nothing super exciting is happening, other then Thanksgiving is like a week and a day away! Im really excited for that!! All the food, and seeing my family! Im so excited to see Cory and KT and their little kiddos! And also Tiff and James and their kids. Im most especially excited to see the two new babes of the fam, Alexa and Steven! I've seen so many ADORABLE pictures of them, and I JuSt CaNt WaIt (to be king!!! heheh I watch to much disney..) to see them finally!! This will be the first family reunion in like 10 years that EVERYONE will be able to make it, no one is on missions or out of...town. haha. We'll all be together! finally. Im super excited, although I KNOW there's going to be like crazy drama, for which I am NOT excited, but Im sure we'll make it through, and I'll have tons of pictures to post afterwards. :) I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving! ITs SnOwInG!!!!!!

I am so flipping excited that it is snowing today! My Aunt Wendy texted me and said that there is snow sticking on the ground up in Salt Lake! I cant believe it! Yay! That means that winter is HERE! We can go sledding and make snowmen, have snowball fights, and snuggle by the fire! YAY! Oh I just love the holidays! I wish that there were more Thanksgiving songs, because I love the holiday songs. Im so excited, in a few weeks we will be having a family reunion! And there is going to be so much food! And fun activities! Oh Im so excited! I really cant wait.
Anyway, I just wanted to express my excitement about the falling snow!! I hope everyone drives safe, and has a GREAT day, because this is definately a wonderful day. I love the snow. And I hope everyone loves it too! xo

Halloween Night!

Halloween Night was awesome! Tys and I went to Ihop for dinner, and I just love him. Then we went to Wallyworld because he needed an apron that we could bloody up. hehe
He really did have an awesome costume! We found this sick clown mask and a bloody dagger at Kmart and then he wiped (fake) blood all over an apron. It was sweet.

John had his last football game too, Stuart was so funny, he dressed up as the Joker for the game. I wont lie, it looked awesome!

After the game we went to Tiffany's house for the Halloween party, I felt really bad because we'd already missed like half of the activities, like pumpkin carving, cookie frosting, and apple bobbing. But it was still awesome. There was a campfire and an outside movie, etc.etc. AND My favorite Matt Nielson was there!! Yay. Happiness, because he just returned from his mission like last week!! I was so excited to see him!In case you cant tell who the people are these are their costumes: Paul=Joker, Whitney=Rocker chick, Jason= Red Power Ranger, Me=Twister, Matt=Nothing, normal clothes, but he says that he's a "returned missionary" for Halloween. haha, (I dont know those two other boys on the Trampoline's names) John=Martial Arts guy.
Yay!! Anyway this Halloween was great! I had so much fun!

My Cutie Patootie Pumpkin Cake!!

Im so excited, tonight is Tiffany's Halloween party! Im so so so excited! So in my excitement I made the cutest cake ever!! (thanks to kraftfoods.com) Its super easy too!

Halloween Preperation....

Kari, Stuart, John and I carved Pumpkins together on Wednesday! It was so much fun!! I love carving pumpkins, I think its one of my favorite things about Halloween, dressing up, and carving pumpkins. :) And, I hate to brag but I am pretty good at carving pumpkins. hehe if I do say so myself.
Anyway Kari was hilarious! She wouldnt put her hand inside the pumpkin to clean it and dig out all the guts! It was so funny. Stuart actually slimed her with some of the pumpkin guts while she was trying to be brave. We were all laughing pretty hard.

John was the official picture taker because he didnt want to be in the picutres (stinker) So this is the three of us carving. It was so much fun. Stuart dared me to carve batman, he said if it looked good he'd even give me a high-five...in public too!! This is something that is rarely done so I was pretty excited.

This is Stuart and Kari's finished product. They made a cute little pumpkin face. And they even carved their annitials on the side! haha
HERE IT IS! Batman in the flesh....well the pumpkin flesh I guess. For those of you who cant tell, Batman is the dark part in the center, and all the glowy stuff around him is (accourding to John) clouds, or (accourding to me) smoke from some huge explosion that just occured. Of course Batman saved everyone though. As always. So anyway, now Stuart owes me a public high-five! Im pretty excited. haha.

Yesterday we went to a Hollows Eve Dance Party at peaks arena. It was kindof lame, but getting ready for it was fun. John was a mummy and it took forever to wrap him up! We tore up sheets and tied the ends together and then just wrapped him good and tight. Although apparently it wasnt tight enough because by the end of the dance he had pretty much fallen apart. haha
I was Twister, like the game. I just bought a twister game from walmart and used the mat for a dress. then I glued the twister board onto a headband. It turned out pretty cute! I totally loved it. And everyone at the dance was spinning my hat. haha! We had a blast!

Holidays

I heard a Christmas song on the radio today!! I couldn't even believe it! CHRISTMAS SONG!!
Its not even Halloween and someone is playing Christmas songs.
I must say, I am not a fan of listening to Christmas songs before Halloween. I will admit that I have been one to listen like the day after Halloween, but having experience I can honestly tell you that if you start that early then by the time Christmas rolls around you get sick of them! Which is no good.
I do love Christmas though. Actually October-December are my FAVORITE months because they're just so much fun! Halloween- awesome! I love dressing up in different costumes, face paints, etc. Its super! Thanksgiving- come on, do I really need to explain this one? FOOD! Hello! Lots and lots of mind blowingly exquisite food. And family! Fun and games and food. Shopping with the crazies the day after, football, laying on the couch for the whole weekend because you ate to much. :) Basically its just awesome. Christmas- everyone in a giving, christ-like mood. I love the snow and caroling, and cuddling up in front of the fireplace, making snow people, mistletoe, presents, pine scented candles, Christmas trees, lights, candy canes, stockings, snowball fights, sledding, baking goodies, white elephant gift parties, Christmas Eve sleepovers with Bre... obviously there are a lot of reasons to love these seasons.
I hope that everyone has a wonderful Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

15) Did you go to homecoming and who with? I went to Homecoming with Levi Taylor. Thats it.

16) If you could go back and do it again, would you? Heck no. I couldnt stand high school. yuck.

17) What do you remember most about graduation? Wondering how long we had to sit in those blasted chairs. The millions of pictures afterward, and how it was so bright that in every picture, everyone is squinting. Laughing at Trevy and Tyty because they had to go back to school when I didnt. hehe And leaving for NYC 6 days later!

19) Were you in any clubs? ? Yes. Just Drill Team. That basically controlled my life.

20) Have you gained weight since then? not really. I mean a little on and off. But basically Im the same.

Okay Im not tagging anyone because this is my LAST TAG! These things are lame and I get sucked into them everytime! So I am done I say.

Anyway, not a lot has happened lately. I FINALLY got my baby back!! (my laptop) Al is amazing and he fixed her for me! I just love him!!
So last week I called the finance lady for my school just to make sure everything was working and that I'd actually be able to get in. (School starts TOMORROW!) Anyway, she was like "Oh well we're supposed to have a signature." Well they never told me about any signature! And so I guess it takes like 10 days to process this one stupid signature, and so I cant start school tomorrow. Now I have to wait until December! This is ridiculous. Anyway, Im done ranting about lame schools. I hope everyone has a wonderful sunday! xo
