These cupcakes were for the infamous BYU vs. UTAH game!
everyone was cheering for BYU except for Jamie's boyfriend, Rhett, who was the lone Utah fan.
We let him know he was all alone.

I am not a fan of really any football team, I just tend to cheer for whoever my hubby is cheering for.

Cupcakes, Family, Love and Marriage

The event started with baking and decorating 420 cupcakes..

They covered every entire surface in the kitchen. 

I recruited the help of my wonderful mother, and my dear cousin Emily. They were so wonderful to help me with these hundreds of cupcakes! We made butterflies, sunflowers, aunts, and little squigglies.

My beautiful niece Lexi!! I got to spend an hour alone with her!! She's so precious! 

(ignore the strand of hair laying top of her head... poor girl doesnt have much and she wanted to borrow some of my beautiful brown locks.)

I am so sad that my lovely husband could not make it to the wedding, and especially when we went to take a family picture. But Im glad that we were able to get everyone else. Especially the one granddaughter.

She has been through so much, and we LOVE her! We were so so proud of her!

While Spencer was gone I needed to find hobbies to occupy myself (like the cupcakes) So I started making onesies for my soon to come nieces and nephews (3 in June, 1 in August) But then I decided to keep making them for other babies..  here are some pictures.

Officially Home

Welp, its official, our house is finally our HOME.

This week I've broken 2 glass cups, and today I broke the glass blender.

Home sweet home.

 My WONDERFUL husband is so sweet, and very good at making me feel better. I told him 

(very timidly and almost nervously) 

"honey... I broke a glass today"
and he smiles and says 

"'Atta girl! How'd ya do it?" 

Oh I just LOVE him.

Since He's been home...

 

My darling sweet sister Britni came over to help me make these super cute cupcakes! I just love her!

 

We found the plastic popcorn holders at Target for $1. AWESOME!!

 

Sometimes on BEAUTIFUL days (and even those NOT so beautiful days that we've been having lately) We like to make homemade smooooooothies and eat them outside in the SUN!

 

On Memorial Day my family went to Provo Beach Resort in the Riverwoods and we had a BLAST!! We walked around a bit, then bowled a game... Spencer schooled us ALL! (good job baby!!) Mom and I sat on the "fun couch!"

 

(I love this guy!!)

 

Then came the SURFING! It was really fun!!! Tys, Trev and I all surfed and we loved it!!! They gave us a quick lesson and then we all stood in line and got to surf for 30 seconds each turn.

 

Doesnt sound like a lot of time, but it was sure fun!!!

 

Our nephew Shane (below) was celebrating his birthday on Memorial Day so I made him some Thomas the Train cupcakes for the oh so special occasion! He is OBSESSED with Thomas. Its pretty cute. I cant wait to have little boys of my own so I can make them birthday cupcakes!
