Now you may ask yourself "why would anyone want to torture someone on their birthday!?!" I had the same thought, but aparently no one really cares at basic training, and some might even go out of their way to make sure you have a BAD day on that special day.. so. We sent no packages (he cant have food either. not even a candy bar.) no colorful cards that sing when you open them. Not even a colorful envelope. (actually, thats not true either. all my envelopes are pink. :) supporting breast cancer. hoorah) So today is a tribute to my one true love. I miss him more than I could ever say, and I cant wait for him to be back in my life.
I love you Spencer, Thanks for being my very best friend.

Happy birthday to you man! Ryan's is tomorrow. :) I'm so sorry you can't spend it with him. Icant imagine how hard that must be. Basic training is no fun, no fun at all! My brother is a marine. Hope yours and his day is full of love. Xoxo
Happy birthday, Spencie!! We couldn't help it, we sent a card... I hope he doesn't get too worked because of it. Bria just had to draw him a picture!
