30 Weeks! Can we talk about how long the last 5 weeks have been?? I swear the first 20 went by like that *snap*. These last 10 have been the slowest thing of my life. Like when you're sitting in school and you look at the clock thinking an hour has passed and its only been two minutes.. thats the feeling I have. Can we just get her here already?! Im way too excited. Scratch that. Not a thing. You cant be too excited for your own baby. Speaking of babies, my darling little sister is about to have hers!!
Isnt she adorable? Im jealous of her long hair. This photo was taken at her shower on Saturday. She is currently 37 weeks. Full Term. Baby Leland can come any time his little heart so desires.. Am I jealous? Absolutely!! But I am also very very excited for her. I may or may not check my phone 70 million times a day to see if she's called me. She's already been warned of my super obsession with all things baby, and that I might will definitely stalk her while she's at the hospital that is one block away from my work. Convenient, no?
Also, quick shout out to my wonderful mother who bought me these adorable hot pink maternity skinnies. Im in love.
Alright, on to the prego questions!
How Far Along? 30 Weeks and 1 day. (definitely important)
Weight Gained? 19lbs! eek..
Maternity Clothes? Heck yeah. Im a huge fan.
Stretch Marks? Yep. None on the tummy however. I'd like to keep it that way too.
Sleep? HA! I sleep for 4ish hours each night. Then I wake up, wide awake, with nothing to do but make pancakes at 3am. I know that this is probably my body getting me ready for limited sleep, but you'd think that my body, knowing whats coming, would want me to have as much sleep as I possibly could... right? Eh. Oh well. Spencer's a fan of our 3am pancake parties.
Best Moment This Week? Down to two week appointments! Also, had to switch doctors because mine was not comfortable with some of the things that I wanted. Luckily I found a new doc who is super awesome, and Im so relieved! We also got the crib in the mail yesterday, we're touring the hospital on Thursday, and probably painting the dresser on Saturday!! We're finally starting to get ready for this little lady! Spencer and I both had dreams that we had the baby last night.. Only in his dream I had the baby but I wouldnt tell him when, or where I had her. And in my dream he left me mid-blowout to go sleep at a hotel (for some reason we were in another town). I quickly reminded him that he'd be staying at the hospital with me, and not going home for a nap. haha!
Movement? I've counted 35 kicks while I've been writing this. She's definitely an active child.
Anything Making You Queasy or Sick? Nope! Im feeling great!
Gender? Girl
Gender? Girl
Belly Button In or Out? Its still an innie! Im amazed. But Im thinking that I might have both... it might pop up a bit, but still be an innie.. does that make sense?
Wedding Rings On or Off? Its still on there!
Looking Forward To? Dan and Kristin and their kiddos and Nonna to visit next week! My upcoming showers hosted by amazing family and friends, and getting to see Elder Dew for Mothers Day in a few days!!!! I cant WAIT to see him!
Missing Anything? Sleeping for more than 4 hours a night. Brisk walking without getting winded. Being able to shave my legs without kneeling down.
Food Cravings? I've been craving a lot of sweets these past few weeks. Strange, because baby girl has been looving the fruits and veggies. (I ate a whole watermelon last week.. by myself) Lately I've been randomly wanting a soft serve ice cream cone, but that doesnt usually last very long.
Labor Signs? Started getting Braxton Hicks around 28 weeks, but usually only when I've been actively walking around for more than 30min. Other than that, no.

Happy or Moody Most of the Time? Happy! Unless I start getting too sleep deprived, then I can tell I get moody and need to go to bed.
Symptoms? Braxton Hicks, Sleeplessness, and I've been getting simultaneously punched/kicked in the ribs and the bladder for a few days. "Nesting" Is in full force at our house. I have lost track of many Saturday morning/afternoons because I get carried away with cleaning. Not that Im complaining, Im actually loving it. Other than that, I just get super jealous any time I see people who have just had a baby! I cant wait to have her in my arms!!!!
